There is a choice of two function rooms or combination of both rooms and an outdoor area to hire.  

We have capacity for 60 up to 200 guests and offer flexible hot and cold menu options and a licensed bar.

Venue Hire Options

From our initial conversation to the final curtain, it’s been a joy working with you. What an awesome night, everyone is singing the praises of everything about it. I cannot thank you and the team that worked on Saturday enough for everything that made the night so special.

Everyone had the most incredible time and want to do it all again next year.

Our evening at Hazelwood was one of the best Club end of season dinners in a very long time. The room looked great, table plan and seating was comfortable, as it gave people room to move around and assisted in prompt and efficient food service. Everyone had a great time.

The food was delicious and if I could have eaten the bone from the Chicken supreme I would have done so.

The management of the food service and especially for those with dietary requirements was perfect and from a personal point of view it was a pleasure for us to work with you. The communication amongst us leading up to the dinner was first class and you were always there on the phone to help with those little tweaks, especially in the last few days.

Please pass on our thanks to the team and all the lads in the bar. The Guinness was perfect and I know as I consumed a fair few pints after my MC duties had finished.
